Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Sales Engineer with expertise in 3D design to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering sales combined with hands-on experience in creating detailed 3D designs and layouts. This role requires a professional who can merge technical knowledge with creative design to effectively meet client needs and manage projects from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for interpreting client requirements and translating them into initial conceptual plans. Managing project costs and fees accurately is essential, along with overseeing the progress of ongoing work to ensure timely completion. The role encompasses in-depth involvement with layout planning, selection of materials, color schemes, lighting, custom furniture design, and installation supervision. Leading projects throughout their full lifecycle is a critical component of this position.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, and Illustrator.
• Strong project management capabilities, ensuring smooth coordination and delivery.
• Expertise in creating effective layouts with attention to color, lighting, and material choices.
• Ability to conceptualize and develop custom furniture and installation plans.
• Excellent communication skills to accurately interpret client needs and provide tailored solutions.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 to 5 years of professional experience in a similar sales engineering and design role.
• Demonstrated ability to handle projects independently from initial concept through to final execution.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to supervise work progress effectively.
