Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled Interior Fit-Out Site Engineer to join our team in Dubai Investment Park 2 (DIP 2). This full-time role requires a candidate currently residing in the UAE, with at least two years of relevant experience in the UAE construction sector. The ideal applicant must hold a valid UAE driving license to successfully manage site activities and coordination.

Key Responsibilities

The primary duties involve supervising daily construction operations to ensure adherence to approved plans and quality standards. The engineer will collaborate closely with project managers, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain smooth workflow. Responsibilities also include preparing detailed site reports, tracking progress, conducting inspections, resolving technical challenges, and ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental protocols. Additionally, you will review construction drawings, assist in material planning, verify quantities, and help manage resources efficiently while supporting project milestones.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum two years of fit-out site engineering experience within the UAE.
• Strong understanding of interior fit-out construction processes and standards.
• Proficient in interpreting construction drawings and technical documents.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills to liaise with diverse project stakeholders.
• Proven ability to monitor project schedules and assist in timely milestone completion.
• Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations relevant to construction sites.
• Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.

Work Environment

The role is based at Dubai Investment Park 2, offering a dynamic construction site environment. You will engage actively with a multidisciplinary team supporting interior fit-out projects, working onsite to ensure quality and efficiency.
