The ideal candidate will have at least two years of professional experience managing freight forwarding processes, including handling shipments by air and sea. This role is essential in ensuring smooth logistics and shipment coordination for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

The Operations Specialist will be responsible for overseeing the entire import and export workflow. Duties include managing shipping documentation, coordinating customs clearance procedures, booking freight shipments, and maintaining close follow-up until delivery. Effective communication with internal teams and external partners is critical to streamline operations and resolve any logistical challenges.

Required Skills and Experience

• At least two years of hands-on experience in import and export operations within Dubai, UAE
• Strong understanding of shipping documents and customs regulations
• Proficiency managing both air freight and sea freight shipments
• Experience with shipment booking and tracking procedures
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities
• Capable of working independently and collaborating effectively within a team environment
