Job Overview

We are seeking motivated Van Sales Representatives to join our team specializing in poultry food products in Riyadh. This role involves managing daily sales routes, engaging with clients, and ensuring the availability and proper display of products in retail outlets such as restaurants and markets.

Key Responsibilities

The primary duties include executing sales calls according to the assigned route plan to meet and exceed sales targets. Candidates will prospect new client retailers, maintain product visibility in freezers, handle invoicing, collect payments promptly, and keep detailed sales records. Additionally, managing stock levels and ensuring cleanliness and maintenance of the company-issued van are essential aspects of the role.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum of two to three years’ experience in sales within the poultry products industry is mandatory.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with a customer-focused approach.
• Self-driven, physically fit, and able to work independently.
• Valid driver’s license with good knowledge of local roads.
• Basic math skills and the ability to manage invoicing and payments accurately.
• Valid iqama and eligibility for transfer.

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation package includes a competitive base salary ranging from 3,000 to 4,000 SAR, complemented by an uncapped commission structure, offering significant earning potential. The company also provides a van, fuel, and accommodation to support your daily work and mobility.

Work Environment

This role requires a proactive and organized individual who thrives in a dynamic sales environment. You will be working on the road visiting various retail clients, so physical fitness and adaptability are essential.
