Job Overview

Saudi German Hospital in Sharjah is seeking a dedicated Specialist Pediatrician to join their medical team on a full-time basis. This role involves delivering exceptional care to infants, children, and adolescents, focusing on promoting healthy development and treating various pediatric conditions.

Key Responsibilities

The Specialist Pediatrician will be responsible for diagnosing and managing both acute and chronic illnesses in young patients. Routine health assessments and developmental evaluations are essential, ensuring timely immunizations and vaccinations are administered. Educating families on child health, nutrition, growth milestones, and disease prevention is a significant part of the role. Additionally, maintaining detailed and accurate medical records and adhering to healthcare regulations are required. Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic patient care is expected.

Candidate Requirements

• MBBS degree with a recognized specialization in Pediatrics
• At least 3 years of post-specialization experience as a Pediatric Specialist
• Valid Saudi German Hospital (SHA) license or evaluation letter
• Preferably experienced in Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU)
• Familiarity with the healthcare system in the northern emirates of the UAE is preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with families and healthcare teams
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced clinical setting

Preferred Qualifications

Physicians with prior experience working within the UAE healthcare market, especially in northern emirates, will be highly regarded for this position.
