Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled IT Help Desk Officer who is fluent in Arabic to join our team in the United Arab Emirates. This role is ideal for candidates with hands-on experience in technical support and customer service within IT environments. Preference will be given to male applicants, particularly those from Egypt, who are currently residing in the UAE and available to start immediately.

Key Responsibilities

The primary focus of this position is to provide efficient IT support related to hardware and software issues. Responsibilities include troubleshooting Windows operating systems, managing printer and laptop setups, resolving networking problems, and supporting point-of-sale (POS) systems. Providing clear communication and timely assistance to end users is essential.

Required Skills

• Proficient in Arabic and English communication
• Strong experience in technical support or IT help desk roles
• Good knowledge of Windows OS troubleshooting
• Familiarity with printers, laptops, and networking hardware
• Experience with POS systems preferred

Requirements

Candidates currently based in the UAE with the ability to join immediately will have a distinct advantage. Male candidates and those who speak Egyptian Arabic are highly encouraged to apply.
