Job Overview

We are seeking experienced Marketing and Sales Managers to join our team in Al Khobar, specializing in construction, manpower supply, and dewatering services. This role requires a dynamic professional with a solid background in these sectors, capable of expanding business opportunities and securing client projects across the Eastern Province.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidates will be responsible for developing new business prospects and actively promoting our dewatering and manpower services. They will prepare detailed proposals and participate in client meetings to build and maintain strong relationships. Meeting and exceeding sales targets will be a primary focus of this role.

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the construction and dewatering sectors.
• Market and promote the company’s manpower supply and dewatering solutions.
• Prepare professional proposals tailored to client needs.
• Engage with clients in meetings to negotiate and close deals.
• Consistently achieve or exceed established sales goals.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• A minimum of 5 years’ experience working in construction, dewatering, or manpower supply industries.
• Demonstrated track record of securing projects and meeting sales targets.
• Established client network within the Eastern Province, including Khobar, Dammam, and Jubail.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Possession of a valid Saudi driving license is preferred.
