Ali & Sons Holding LLC is seeking a motivated Assistant Parts Advisor to join the Škoda Automotive Services team based in Abu Dhabi. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with experience in automotive spare parts to support the dealership in delivering top-notch service to customers. Immediate joiners are highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

The Assistant Parts Advisor will assist in managing the dealership’s spare parts inventory, providing knowledgeable advice to customers, and ensuring efficient parts availability to support vehicle maintenance and repair services. Strong communication and customer service skills are essential to support daily operations and maintain positive client relationships.

Required Skills and Experience

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in automotive spare parts within the UAE market
• Prior dealership experience is preferred but not mandatory
• Basic understanding of automotive parts and inventory control processes
• Excellent communication skills with a customer-focused approach
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Compensation and Benefits

This role offers a competitive monthly salary starting at AED 3,000 plus overtime opportunities to reward extra effort. Additional benefits include:
