Job Overview

An established agricultural company in Riyadh is urgently seeking a skilled Tetra Pak Machine Operator to join their production team. This role focuses on operating and supervising tomato processing lines, including concentrate, pulp, and puree processing, while maintaining high standards of efficiency and quality.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and calibrating machines, adjusting machine settings such as speed and efficiency, and ensuring a consistent feed of raw materials. The role involves inspecting parts and tools, operating multiple types of machines, and promptly troubleshooting any operational problems to minimize downtime.

Monitoring product output to ensure quality compliance and maintaining accurate daily operation records are also crucial parts of this position. Additionally, oversight of the Tetra Pak filling machines on the production lines will be essential to maintain smooth and safe processing.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Applicants should hold a technical diploma or an equivalent qualification, complemented by at least three years of hands-on experience operating and maintaining production machinery. Previous work specifically involving Tetra Pak machines is highly preferred.

Proficiency in operating and adjusting industrial machinery, along with the ability to perform basic maintenance and troubleshoot mechanical issues, is required. A strong understanding of machine schematics and technical manuals is necessary, as well as the capacity to quickly learn new technologies and adapt to evolving equipment.

This position aims to ensure the efficient setup, operation, and supervision of tomato processing lines and Tetra Pak filling machines. By enhancing production efficiency, minimizing waste, and safeguarding product quality, the role supports increased profitability and consistent delivery of company standards.

Compensation and Benefits

The role offers a monthly salary of 2500 SAR for an 8-hour workday, with overtime opportunities available. Accommodation and transportation are provided to support the employee’s stay in Riyadh.
