Job Overview
We are looking for a skilled Electrical Site Engineer to join our team for the Al Raqia 115/13.8 kV Substation project located in the Hafar Al Batin area of Saudi Arabia. This role requires hands-on experience with Saudi Electricity Company (SEC) substation projects, specifically at 132 kV or higher voltage levels. The position offers a competitive salary based on candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing all site engineering activities related to the construction and installation of the substation. Duties include supervising site operations, coordinating with subcontractors, monitoring project progress, and ensuring adherence to project specifications and quality standards. Preparing technical reports, daily progress updates, and maintaining site documentation will also be vital parts of the role.
Required Skills and Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering.
- At least 8 years of relevant experience in electrical substation construction and installation.
- Proven track record working on SEC grid station or substation projects at 132 kV level or above.
- Strong understanding of SEC standards, construction methodologies, testing, commissioning processes, and quality control measures.
- Ability to lead site teams effectively, coordinate with various stakeholders, and resolve technical challenges onsite.
- Competent in preparing detailed technical reports and site documentation.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous hands-on experience with SEC projects within Saudi Arabia.
- Familiarity with SEC procedures, documentation requirements, and Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards.

This position is based at the Al Raqia 115/13.8 kV Substation located in the Hafar Al Batin area, Saudi Arabia.
