We are seeking passionate and professional female Sales Associates to join our expanding team in Bahrain for Läderach, a premium chocolate brand renowned for its luxury offerings. This role is specifically open for ladies with a preference for Filipina candidates who have a strong background in retail sales and excellent customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering an exceptional luxury shopping experience through excellent customer service. Responsibilities include meeting sales targets, maintaining high standards within the store, and ensuring products are handled with care to maintain freshness and optimal display. Additionally, you will support daily store functions such as stock management and cleanliness, cultivate strong customer relationships, and work collaboratively with the team to ensure the store operates smoothly and efficiently.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Female candidates only, with a preference for Filipinas
• Experience in retail sales, ideally within luxury goods or food and beverage sectors
• Good command of English and strong communication abilities
• Professional and presentable appearance with a customer-oriented mindset
• A positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and resilience under pressure
• Ability to consistently achieve sales targets and demonstrate commitment
• Immediate availability is preferred
