We are seeking a skilled Transport Coordinator and Dispatcher to manage our premium airport pick-up and drop-off operations. This role involves overseeing driver assignments and ensuring smooth, efficient transportation services for customers at Riyadh’s airport.

Key Responsibilities

The main duties include coordinating and dispatching drivers to meet schedule demands, maintaining clear and timely communication with both customers and drivers, and monitoring vehicle movements to swiftly address any changes or issues. You will also handle customer inquiries with professionalism and prepare accurate daily reports to track operational performance.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Ideal candidates will have proven experience as a Transport Coordinator and Dispatcher, demonstrating strong abilities in communication, organization, and multitasking. Fluency in both Arabic and English, spoken and written, is essential. Candidates must be comfortable working under pressure in a fast-moving environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and dispatch software is required, alongside a customer-focused and reliable work ethic.
