Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to lead sales efforts for our innovative hospitality solutions across the region. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in the hospitality or hospitality technology industries, excel at building strong client relationships, and possess fluency in both Arabic and English.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will identify and secure new business opportunities with hotels, resorts, restaurants, and hospitality groups. You will establish and nurture lasting partnerships with key stakeholders such as General Managers, Food & Beverage Directors, Procurement Officers, and property owners. Developing and implementing strategic sales plans to achieve and surpass revenue goals will be critical. You will present tailored product demonstrations and proposals while managing the full sales cycle from lead acquisition to contract signing. Collaboration with marketing, product development, and customer success teams is essential to maintain client satisfaction. Additionally, you will monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies. Representing the company at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events will also be a key part of your role. Accurate CRM management and delivering regular sales forecasts and reports to leadership will ensure aligned progress.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 5 to 7 years of proven experience in business development or sales, ideally within hospitality, hospitality technology, or related B2B sectors
  • Fluency in Arabic and English, both written and oral, is essential
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Marketing, or a closely related field
  • Consistent track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
  • Established network within the hospitality sector, including hotels, hospitality groups, and food & beverage operations, is advantageous
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation abilities
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar tools
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events when necessary

Preferred Experience

  • Previous success selling SaaS products, Property Management Systems (PMS), Point of Sale (POS) systems, or other hospitality technology solutions
  • Existing relationships with regional hotel chains and hospitality decision-makers
  • Strong understanding of the operational and technological challenges faced by the hospitality sector
