Job Overview
Manoj Reinsurance Brokers is seeking a dedicated Senior Officer for HR and Administration to join their team in Dubai. This role demands a proactive and detail-oriented professional capable of managing day-to-day human resources functions alongside comprehensive administrative support. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in streamlining HR processes, maintaining employee records, and supporting office operations to ensure smooth organizational functioning.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for a diverse range of tasks including management of HR operations, office administration, and employee coordination. Key duties include:
- Overseeing HR processes such as employee onboarding, exit formalities, and documentation management.
- Supporting attendance tracking, leave management, payroll input, and HRMS system coordination.
- Maintaining and updating employee data within the HRMS and managing workflow related to HR operations.
- Assisting with performance management activities including appraisal coordination, documentation, and follow-ups.
- Generating HR reports, dashboards, and analytics covering headcount, attendance, leave, payroll, and employee movements.
- Handling visa processing, medical insurance documentation, and employee file updates.
- Coordinating office administrative tasks such as vendor liaison, supplies management, and general office maintenance.
- Supporting policy implementation, employee communication, and ensuring internal compliance.
- Contributing to employee engagement initiatives and general administrative functions.
- Liaising with internal teams and external service providers to ensure timely completion of tasks.
Required Skills and Qualifications
A strong background in HR operations and office administration is essential, along with the following qualifications:
- 5 to 7 years of relevant experience in HR and administrative roles.
- Prior experience working in the UAE is mandatory.
- Possession of a valid UAE driving license.
- In-depth knowledge of HR documentation and employee lifecycle management.
- Familiarity with HRMS maintenance, reporting, and performance management support.
- Proficient in Excel and capable of preparing accurate HR data reports.
- Excellent communication skills and keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, demonstrating ownership and confidentiality.
- Disciplined work approach with a commitment to timely task completion.
- Immediate joiners will be given preference.
