Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Telecom Civil Site Supervisor with extensive experience in tower erection projects to join our team. This position involves overseeing civil works related to Huawei and Nokia telecom tower projects across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia on a long-term basis.

Key Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading and managing civil construction activities on site to ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and meet all quality standards. Duties include:

• Reading and interpreting construction drawings accurately.
• Supervising and coordinating civil teams for Huawei and Nokia telecom tower sites.
• Overseeing excavation, steel reinforcement installation, formwork, concrete pouring, and foundation construction.
• Ensuring compliance with all structural requirements critical to tower erection.
• Supervising carpentry works related to shuttering and other site demands.
• Managing daily site operations including manpower, equipment, and material logistics.
• Adhering strictly to safety protocols, company policies, and client specifications.

Required Skills and Experience

• Minimum of 5 years’ hands-on experience as a Telecom Civil Site Supervisor managing Huawei and Nokia projects.
• Thorough knowledge of telecom tower civil construction and best practices.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to efficiently supervise teams on site.
• Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Familiarity with Huawei and Nokia safety and quality standards.
