We are seeking a dedicated and professional Personal Secretary to support an executive in Riyadh. This role involves managing daily administrative tasks such as scheduling, communication handling, and travel arrangements. Key Responsibilities

Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate should hold a bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field, with 2 to 5 years of experience in a similar role such as Personal Secretary, Executive Secretary, or Administrative Assistant. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) is essential. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are required; Arabic language skills would be advantageous. Candidates must exhibit strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, multitasking capability, and the capacity to work under pressure while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.
