Job Overview

We are seeking talented professionals for immediate openings in an Interior Design Fit-Out project based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Open positions include Senior and Junior QA/QC Document Controllers as well as MEP Engineers. This is a great opportunity for experienced candidates looking to contribute to dynamic interior fit-out and construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

Senior QA/QC Document Controllers will manage quality assurance and control documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance throughout the project lifecycle. Junior QA/QC Document Controllers will support these tasks, gaining hands-on experience with document control systems and quality procedures, with training provided to suitable candidates. MEP Engineers will oversee the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing aspects of the fit-out works, coordinating technical planning and execution onsite.

Required Skills and Experience

• Senior QA/QC Document Controllers should have at least 10 years’ experience specifically in interior design fit-out or construction projects, with strong knowledge of QA/QC document management and proficiency in MS Office and fast typing skills.
• Junior QA/QC Document Controllers are encouraged to apply even if they have limited experience, provided they have good typing speed and are comfortable with MS Office applications. Training will be offered.
• MEP Engineers are expected to have relevant experience in interior fit-out projects, with solid understanding of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. Prior work experience in Saudi Arabia or GCC countries is preferred.

Additional Requirements

• Possession of a transferable Iqama is preferred.
• Immediate joiners will be prioritized.
• Experience working in Saudi Arabia or other GCC countries will be considered an advantage.
