Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Van Salesman to join a leading FMCG distribution company in Bahrain. This role requires a motivated individual with hands-on experience in the local market and a strong track record in sales and collections. The successful candidate will play a vital role in driving sales growth and ensuring timely collections within designated routes.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute daily sales activities by visiting clients across Bahrain to promote and sell FMCG products.
• Maintain and build strong customer relationships to increase sales volume and brand presence.
• Ensure timely follow-up and collection of outstanding receivables according to agreed schedules.
• Manage delivery and stock efficiently while maintaining accurate records of sales and collections.
• Support the company’s sales targets through excellent customer service and proactive market engagement.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience in van sales, specifically within Bahrain’s FMCG sector.
• Excellent communication abilities to effectively liaise with clients and team members.
• Strong sales acumen with a history of meeting or exceeding sales and collection targets.
• Valid Bahrain driving license with a clean driving record is mandatory.
