We are seeking a seasoned Senior Solution Architect with over 15 years of experience to join a dynamic team in Qatar. The ideal candidate will lead complex solution architecture design and implementation across diverse industries including government sectors, large enterprises, finance, telecommunications, and product companies. This role demands deep technical expertise along with strong leadership to manage multiple projects, ensuring delivery aligns with client business goals and contractual commitments.

Key Responsibilities

The Senior Solution Architect will be responsible for recommending and creating comprehensive architectural designs tailored to client needs. This includes integrating various architectural disciplines into a coherent solution strategy while acting as the single point of accountability for overall system solutions. The role involves overseeing project delivery, collaborating closely with clients at all organizational levels, and guiding technology assessments, architecture blueprints, and implementation roadmaps.

Additionally, you will work hand in hand with sales, pre-sales, and business development teams to drive opportunities from proposal to delivery. Coordinating with legal teams to ensure standard compliance and managing the growth and mentoring of technical architect teams to meet business demands also fall under your purview. Maintaining knowledge centers and crafting standardized solution offerings will be key functions to support ongoing business transformation initiatives across industries.

Required Skills and Experience

• Extensive experience (15+ years) working with leading system integrators and technology consultancies.
• Proven ability to design and deliver complex solutions addressing various industry-specific challenges, especially in government, telecom, finance, and product sectors.
• Strong leadership skills to build, mentor, and manage technical teams effectively.
• Expertise in developing architecture blueprints, cost models, and solution roadmaps aligned with client objectives.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with stakeholders across all levels and collaborate with legal and sales departments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a closely related field.
