We are seeking motivated and customer-focused professionals to join our team as Immigration Sales Counselors. This full-time role is based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, within our Sales and Immigration Services department. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a target-driven mindset, and the ability to guide clients through various immigration and overseas employment options.

Key Responsibilities

As an Immigration Sales Counselor, you will be responsible for advising clients on immigration procedures, permanent residency, work permits, and international job opportunities. You will assess client information to recommend the most appropriate immigration programs, conduct sales consultations, and maintain ongoing follow-ups to convert leads. Interaction with clients will occur through multiple channels including phone, email, WhatsApp, and face-to-face meetings. Maintaining detailed client records within the CRM system is essential, as is collaborating with the processing team to ensure seamless onboarding experiences. Meeting monthly sales targets and providing excellent customer service from initial contact through to completion are critical aspects of this role.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• 0–2 years of experience in sales, especially in immigration, consultancy, travel, or recruitment services.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Proven aptitude to close sales and meet targets effectively.
• Familiarity with MS Office applications and CRM software.
