Required Skills and Qualifications

• Previous experience in reservation management or customer service is preferred.

• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.

Additional Information

While this role primarily focuses on reservation duties, familiarity with salon or spa services, such as facials, waxing, threading, manicure, pedicure, and basic skincare, will be beneficial. Candidates with hairstyling or makeup skills will have an added advantage. Professional appearance and adherence to hygiene and safety standards are essential.
