Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Engineer specializing in the marine industry to join our team in Jubail, Eastern Province. This is a full-time, on-site position focused on the trading and supply of a wide range of marine equipment, including navigation systems, jetty and berthing fenders, mooring devices, vessel access gangways, dredgers, mobile harbor cranes, marine loading arms, bulk handling machinery, firefighting systems, HVAC, steel fabrication, and more. The role requires overseeing sales activities across Saudi Arabia while maintaining strong client relationships and achieving ambitious sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

The Senior Sales Engineer will be responsible for driving business growth through lead generation, managing inquiries, preparing accurate quotations, negotiating contracts, and closing sales deals effectively. Maintaining excellent customer service and managing channel sales are also key duties. The position involves developing and executing sales strategies that align with company goals while ensuring smooth communication with clients and stakeholders throughout the sales process.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven strong network and lead sources within the marine industry in Saudi Arabia.
• Excellent customer service and lead generation capabilities.
• Skilled in preparing detailed estimations and proposals.
• Strong negotiation skills to secure work awards and close deals.
• Proficiency in sales documentation and quotation management.
• Experience managing sales operations and channel sales strategies.
• Outstanding communication abilities.
• Ability to analyze market trends and solve problems efficiently.
• Prior experience in marine sales within Saudi Arabia is essential.
• Bachelor’s degree, diploma, or equivalent qualification in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Compensation and Performance

The role offers a monthly salary ranging from 2,500 to 4,000 SAR, supplemented by food allowance, accommodation, transportation, and petrol expenses. In addition, a commission of 1-2% on monthly sales generated by the candidate is provided. Sales targets are set between 500,000 to 700,000 SAR per month, with performance measured by key performance indicators (KPIs).

Work Location and Joining

This position is based strictly on-site in Jubail and requires immediate availability to join.
