We are seeking a skilled Real Estate Accountant to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working within UAE real estate brokerage or agency environments, with a thorough understanding of industry-specific accounting practices. Key Responsibilities
- Manage accounting processes specific to real estate brokerage operations.
- Handle agent commission calculations and splits accurately.
- Track rental deposits and monitor property management financials.
- Prepare and submit UAE VAT filings relevant to brokerage services.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Proven expertise in UAE real estate agency accounting.
- Strong knowledge of agent commission structures and rental accounting.
- Experience with VAT compliance tailored to real estate brokerage.
