Job Overview

We are urgently seeking a highly experienced Division In-Charge for Sales and Execution Engineer specializing in mechanical works based in Jubail, Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time, on-site position managing sales and project execution for key disciplines including Fire Fighting, Steel Fabrication, Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEB) Sheds, Bolt-Torquing, Metal Machining, HVAC, Electrical, and Plumbing. The role requires overseeing all sales activities and execution processes within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities

The Division In-Charge will be responsible for driving sales growth by generating leads, responding to inquiries, and converting opportunities into awarded projects. Managing client relationships and maintaining excellent customer service standards are essential. The role also includes developing and implementing effective sales strategies, supervising channel sales, and ensuring timely and quality completion of projects with both in-house and outsourced teams.

Additional duties include thorough estimation and quotation preparation, negotiating contracts, documenting sales activities, and coordinating project execution aligned with industry best practices.

Required Skills and Experience

• Strong established network of clients and lead sources within the MEP sales sector in Saudi Arabia.
• Proven expertise in lead generation, inquiry handling, estimation, negotiation, and closing sales to secure contracts.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills to foster long-term business relationships.
• Ability to develop actionable sales plans and effectively manage channel sales operations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on efficient project execution and progress tracking.
• Experience with mechanical engineering sales, particularly in Fire Fighting, HVAC, Steel Fabrication, and related trades.
• Proficient documentation skills for quotations and contracts.

Qualifications

Candidates should hold a Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business, Marketing, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline. Membership with the Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) for Mechanical Engineering is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits

The monthly sales target for this role ranges between 500,000 to 700,000 SAR. The compensation package includes a basic salary of 4,000 SAR along with food allowance, accommodation, transportation and petrol benefits. Additionally, the position offers a commission of 1-2% on monthly sales generated by the candidate, with a strong emphasis on sales performance.

Work Environment

This role is based on-site in Jubail, which requires close coordination with clients and teams across various mechanical and electrical works. The successful candidate will lead cross-functional teams to ensure seamless sales and execution processes within the company’s operational framework.
