Job Overview

Mr. Eight Development is seeking a detail-oriented Legal and Compliance Executive to join our expanding team in Dubai. This role is ideal for professionals with experience in the UAE real estate or property development sectors, offering an opportunity to contribute to luxury real estate projects while ensuring legal and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing legal documentation and compliance tasks, including contract review, handling corporate documents, and maintaining regulatory filings. You will work closely with various teams to ensure all activities align with UAE property laws, and support the company’s adherence to industry regulations.

Required Skills and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Legal Studies, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Between 2 to 4 years of experience in legal, compliance, contracts, or corporate documentation roles.
• Prior experience in the UAE real estate, property development, construction, or a legal environment is preferred.
• Strong expertise in contract management, legal paperwork, compliance filing, and document control processes.
• Good understanding of Dubai Land Department (DLD), Real Estate Regulatory Agency (RERA), Oqood system, Sales Purchase Agreements (SPA), Escrow accounts, and UAE real estate laws is advantageous.
• Fluent in written and spoken English with excellent drafting and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Arabic is considered an asset.
