Job Overview

We are currently seeking a dedicated IT Help Desk Officer to join our team at our headquarters and branch locations across the United Arab Emirates. This full-time position is ideal for candidates with a background in IT support who can provide technical assistance and troubleshoot various hardware and software issues efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for offering first-level technical support, including handling queries and resolving issues related to Windows operating systems, hardware devices, printers, and POS systems. Additionally, the role involves basic networking tasks to maintain smooth IT operations across all sites.

Required Skills and Experience

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related discipline
• 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in IT support or help desk roles
• Proficiency with Windows OS environments and common hardware peripherals
• Working knowledge of POS systems and printer troubleshooting
• Basic understanding of networking concepts

Additional Requirements
