We are currently seeking an experienced Business Executive to join our team in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. This role focuses on institutional marketing within civil and electromechanical construction projects, requiring a candidate with a proven track record in lead generation and project closure. Ideal candidates will have strong industry connections, language skills, and deep knowledge of the local market.

Key Responsibilities

The Business Executive will be responsible for identifying new business avenues and securing contracts with key clients. The role includes building robust relationships with decision-makers, particularly within mainstream EPC companies, and managing the sales process from lead generation through closing. Collaboration with internal teams to develop and present compelling project proposals is also a core responsibility.

Required Skills and Experience

• Minimum 2 to 5 years of experience in institutional marketing related to construction projects
• Demonstrated success in generating leads and closing deals
• Proficiency in Arabic, English, and Hindi languages
• Strong network within main EPC companies operating in Saudi Arabia
• Experience with manpower and equipment rental sectors
• Familiarity with targeting major clients, including Sabic and Aramco
• Valid Saudi Arabian driving license
