We are seeking a talented and dedicated Karak Chai Maker to join our busy cafeteria team in Bahrain. This position is open exclusively for Kerala/Malayali staff who have a strong background in preparing authentic Karak Chai along with a variety of quick snacks and fast food items.

Key Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will be responsible for crafting flavorful Karak Chai with the perfect balance of spices and creamy texture. In addition to tea preparation, you will handle the preparation of sandwiches, wraps, burgers, and other light snacks. The role demands fast, efficient, and clean work, especially during rush hours, while maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation.

Required Skills and Experience

• Proven expertise in making strong, authentic Karak Chai with the right spice blend and creamy consistency
• Hands-on experience preparing sandwiches, wraps, burgers, and similar quick-serve items
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently while maintaining cleanliness and hygiene
• Capable of managing busy periods without compromising food quality
• Good interpersonal skills and the ability to provide friendly customer service

Additional Requirements

Applicants must be of Kerala/Malayali origin to be considered for this role. Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
