Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Barista to join our vibrant Pakistani restaurant located in Al Rabwah District, Jeddah. The ideal candidate will have a passion for crafting authentic drinks including various Pakistani teas, Kahwa, and a range of coffee specialties such as V60, Americano, Espresso, and Cappuccino. Additionally, expertise in making shakes, smoothies, and fresh juices is essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a wide variety of hot and cold beverages according to established recipes and customer preferences.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee and beverage preparation areas.
• Engage with customers in Arabic, English, or Urdu, providing excellent service and recommendations.
• Ensure quality control and adherence to health and safety standards.
• Collaborate with the restaurant team to offer a smooth and welcoming customer experience.

Required Skills and Experience

• Previous experience working in a café or restaurant environment preferred.
• Knowledge of Pakistani teas, Kahwa, and a variety of coffee brewing techniques.
• Ability to prepare diverse shakes, smoothies, and juices.
• Fluency in Arabic, English, and Urdu is desirable to effectively communicate with a diverse clientele.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly attitude.

Working Hours and Environment
