A well-established private company in Qatar is urgently seeking a Female Receptionist / Customer Care Executive to join their team. This role involves providing excellent customer service and managing front desk responsibilities in a dynamic office environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries professionally and promptly.
• Manage front desk duties including greeting visitors and answering phone calls.
• Maintain communication with clients ensuring high customer satisfaction.
• Assist with administrative tasks as required by the management.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or related roles.
• Fluent spoken and written English and Hindi.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and work well under pressure.

Compensation and Benefits

The company offers a monthly salary of 2500 QAR. Additional benefits may be discussed during the interview process.
