Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled Facility Management Lead to join our team in Qatar. This role requires a minimum of five years of experience in facility management, with at least two years holding a supervisory or leadership position within Qatar or the GCC region. The ideal candidate will have hands-on knowledge of building maintenance systems and excellent leadership abilities to drive the team effectively.

Key Responsibilities

As the Facility Management Lead, you will oversee various aspects of facility operations including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, civil maintenance, construction, and MEP services. You will handle tendering processes, manage cost estimations, prepare quotations, and coordinate bid submissions. Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations is critical to this role.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in facility management with at least 2 years in a lead role within Qatar or GCC
• Extensive knowledge of building maintenance systems, including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, civil works, and MEP operations
• Experience managing tendering and procurement activities
• Strong understanding of HSE standards and practices
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook is advantageous
• A valid Qatar driving license is preferred

Work Environment

This position is open exclusively to candidates currently residing in Qatar, holding a valid Qatar ID, and able to commence work immediately with proper authorization such as a secondment letter or AJEERA permit. You will be working in dynamic facility management settings, requiring proactive and efficient oversight of multiple teams and operational functions.
