Dental Studio is actively seeking a skilled Treatment Coordinator to become a vital part of our professional team in Dubai. This role is ideal for individuals with a background in dental or healthcare environments who excel in patient interaction and care coordination. You will be responsible for managing treatment plans and guiding patients through their dental care journey with clarity and empathy.

Key Responsibilities

As a Treatment Coordinator, your main duties will include presenting treatment options and financial plans to patients in a clear, professional manner. You will work closely with dentists and the administrative team to ensure that patient consultations convert successfully into accepted treatments. Maintaining accurate patient records and managing appointment follow-ups are also essential parts of this role.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Two to three years of experience in a dental or healthcare setting, preferably in a patient-facing role.
• Background as a Treatment Coordinator, Patient Care Coordinator, or Front Desk Coordinator is highly beneficial.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills to build trust and rapport with patients.
• Confidence in explaining treatment plans and financial options effectively.
• A sales-oriented approach with a demonstrated ability to secure patient approval on treatment proposals.
• Excellent organization and time management skills, ensuring prompt follow-up and patient engagement.
• Competence in using dental practice management software, Microsoft Office, and CRM systems.

Work Schedule and Location

This position is based in Dubai, with a standard workweek of five days followed by two days off, supporting a balanced work-life routine.
