Il Borro Tuscan Bistro, located within the prestigious Jumeirah Al Naseem Hotel in Dubai, is inviting applications for the positions of Head Waiters, Head Waitresses, and Waitstaff. Key Responsibilities

As a member of the waitstaff team, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service, taking orders accurately, serving food and drinks promptly, and ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their visit. Head Waiters and Waitresses will also oversee team coordination, assist in training junior staff, and maintain smooth service operations during shifts.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience in restaurant service, preferably in upscale dining settings
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple tables and maintain composure during busy periods
• Team leadership skills for head waiter/waitress roles
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
