We are seeking a qualified Telecom Civil Site Supervisor with extensive experience in tower erection projects. This role offers a long-term opportunity working on prestigious Huawei and Nokia projects across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supervising telecom civil works, ensuring safety compliance, and managing quality standards on site.

Key Responsibilities

The supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the entire scope of civil construction activities at telecom tower sites. This includes reading and interpreting technical drawings, directing excavation, steel reinforcement, formwork, and concrete pouring, as well as foundation work specific to telecom towers. Responsible for coordinating and leading the site teams, the role demands strict adherence to safety regulations and project specifications to ensure timely completion of tasks.

Required Skills

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Telecom Civil Site Supervisor, preferably with Huawei and Nokia projects.
• In-depth knowledge of telecom tower civil works and construction methods.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and execute works accordingly.
• Strong leadership skills to manage and supervise teams effectively.
• Fluency in English for clear communication and reporting.
• Comprehensive understanding of Huawei and Nokia safety and quality standards.
