We are currently seeking a dedicated Civil, Structural, Planning, and Estimation Engineer to join our team in the United Arab Emirates. This role focuses on structural design, site inspection, and supervision specifically related to villa projects across the UAE. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct structural design and analysis for villa projects ensuring compliance with engineering standards.
• Perform thorough site inspections and supervise construction activities to maintain quality and safety.
• Prepare detailed planning schedules to coordinate project timelines effectively.
• Develop accurate cost estimates and manage budget forecasts for ongoing projects.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including architects, contractors, and clients to ensure project goals are met.

Required Skills and Experience

• A minimum of 2 years’ site engineering experience in civil or structural roles, preferably within the candidate’s home country.
• Proven UAE experience working on villa construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of structural design principles, site supervision practices, planning techniques, and estimation methods.
• Ability to join immediately and work efficiently from day one.
• Holds a valid 2-year UAE residency visa.
