Job Overview

We are looking for a proficient Digital Printing Machine Operator to join our team in Bahrain. The successful candidate will manage large-format digital printing equipment, ensuring precise and high-quality print results. This is a full-time position suited for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced production environment and have a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities

The primary duties include operating and maintaining digital printing machines, monitoring print quality for accuracy and consistency, and handling various printing materials efficiently. The operator will also perform routine machine maintenance, troubleshoot minor issues promptly, and work towards meeting daily production deadlines. Keeping the workspace clean and organized is also essential to maintain smooth operations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Candidates should have at least two years of experience working with large-format digital printing machines, with a strong understanding of color calibration and quality control processes. Familiarity with laser machines and CNC operations is considered an advantage. A good technical aptitude combined with problem-solving skills is important to quickly resolve operational challenges. The role also demands the ability to work well under pressure and meet set targets.

Salary and Benefits

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from BHD 200 to BHD 400, depending on the candidate’s experience. Additional benefits will be provided according to the company’s policies.
