Job Overview

We are seeking a qualified Mechanical Engineer with API 510 certification to join our team in Jubail Industrial City. This long-term position focuses on quality control of static equipment including columns, heat exchangers, vessels, tanks, and flare stacks within the construction sector. The role is non-Aramco and requires strong expertise in mechanical inspection and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

The Mechanical Engineer will be responsible for overseeing the inspection and quality control of static equipment construction projects. This includes ensuring compliance with technical standards, verifying the integrity of pressure vessels and related structures, and collaborating closely with construction teams to address any mechanical issues. The role involves continuous monitoring of equipment such as heat exchangers and flare stacks to maintain operational safety and reliability.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Valid API 510 certification essential
• Proven experience in the construction industry working with static equipment
• Knowledge of inspection criteria for columns, vessels, tanks, and flare stacks
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and maintain high standards of quality control

Work Environment

This position is based in the Jubail Industrial area. It follows a room-to-room duty schedule, providing a structured work setting in a well-established industrial zone. Candidates should be comfortable with the onsite working requirements and safety protocols associated with heavy equipment inspection.
