Smart Fusion Trading Co., a leading provider of industrial welding, fabrication, and safety solutions in Saudi Arabia, is seeking a skilled Sales Engineer to join their team. This role is focused on outside sales within the Dammam and Jubail industrial areas, supporting key clients and expanding the company’s footprint in the Eastern Province.

Key Responsibilities

The Sales Engineer will be responsible for conducting regular field visits to existing customers and potential clients in industries such as fabrication, EPC, and heavy steel manufacturing. You will build lasting relationships, promote a diverse portfolio of welding, cutting, and automation products, and provide technical support through client training sessions. Managing quotations, order follow-up, delivery schedules, and invoices will also be essential, working closely with internal logistics and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction. Additionally, identifying new business opportunities and offering insightful market feedback on customer needs and competitor moves are important duties.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Candidates should hold a Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Industrial, or Electrical Engineering, with 2 to 5 years of experience in outside sales related to welding, fabrication, or industrial consumables. Strong communication skills are vital for building client relationships and conducting technical discussions. Proficiency in English is required, while Arabic language skills are considered an advantage. A valid Saudi driving license is mandatory for this role.
