Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Production Manager to oversee manufacturing operations at a prominent personal care and hygiene products company based in Umm Al Quwain, UAE. This role requires a professional who is well-versed in optimizing production processes and managing teams to ensure efficient and high-quality output.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the entire production cycle, from planning to execution. This includes coordinating with Quality Assurance, Maintenance, and Supply Chain departments to maintain smooth operations. The role involves monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), controlling productivity levels, reducing waste, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills and Experience

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in production within industries such as Paper, Packaging, Perfume, Tissue, Nonwoven, or similar manufacturing sectors.
• Strong expertise in production planning, process optimization, and quality management systems.
• Proven track record in leading production teams and managing KPI-driven performance.
• Hands-on experience with Lean Manufacturing principles, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), 5S methodology, and continuous improvement processes.
• Proficiency with ERP systems and ability to work collaboratively across departments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in a manufacturing environment within the UAE.
• Availability for immediate or short notice joining.
