The ideal candidate will have over 15 years of progressive IT leadership experience, driving innovation in cybersecurity, infrastructure, IT governance, and managing high-performing teams. This role calls for a strategic thinker who can oversee complex technology initiatives and collaborate effectively across multiple stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive IT strategies aligned with business goals.
• Lead and oversee digital transformation projects to enhance operational efficiency.
• Manage enterprise cybersecurity protocols safeguarding company assets.
• Ensure robust IT governance and compliance across all technology functions.
• Supervise infrastructure management and enterprise application performance.
• Drive collaboration with vendors and negotiate contracts to optimize resources.
• Guide and mentor IT teams to foster innovation and professional growth.

Required Skills and Experience

• Minimum 15 years of leadership experience within the IT sector.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• Demonstrated expertise in digital transformation and developing enterprise IT strategies.
• Strong background in cybersecurity, enterprise applications, infrastructure, and IT governance.
• Proven skills in stakeholder management and vendor negotiations.
• Experience in logistics, transportation, mobility, or automotive services industries is highly advantageous.
