We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager specializing in Cyber Security to join our growing team in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in cyber security solutions combined with a proven ability to drive sales growth through strategic client engagement and business development.

Key Responsibilities

The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing business development strategies aimed at expanding market share in the cyber security sector. This includes identifying key clients, leading sales cycles from prospecting to deal closure, and building lasting relationships with clients, partners, and industry influencers. You will work cross-functionally to tailor solutions that meet customer needs and actively participate in industry events to represent the company.

• Develop and implement strategic plans to increase sales in cyber security technology.
• Identify and engage target clients and market segments.
• Manage the entire sales process and negotiate contracts.
• Collaborate with internal teams to design customized proposals.
• Maintain updated knowledge of industry trends and competitor offerings.
• Attend conferences and networking events to promote the company.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related discipline; MBA or certifications like CISSP, CISM preferred.
• At least 5 years of proven success selling cybersecurity products or services.
• Deep understanding of cybersecurity technologies, industry trends, and key challenges.
• Fluency in Arabic with strong ability to communicate and present complex technical ideas clearly to diverse audiences.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities.
• Highly self-motivated and results-driven, able to work independently.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.
