We are seeking a dedicated Business Development Manager and Client Servicing Specialist to join our team in Bahrain. This role focuses on delivering outstanding customer service, nurturing strong client relationships, and driving business growth through effective client management and strategic communication.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for acquiring new clients and maintaining ongoing relationships. Duties include understanding client needs, providing tailored solutions, and coordinating with internal teams such as production and design to meet client expectations. Promptly addressing client inquiries and resolving any issues is essential, as is providing regular updates and progress reports. Additionally, this role involves identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling services and maintaining accurate client records and feedback reports.

Required Skills and Experience

Applicants should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related role within the advertising industry. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities are essential, along with excellent problem-solving skills. The candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities with attention to detail. A client-focused approach is vital, combined with proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant systems. Possession of a valid driving license is mandatory for this position.
