Job Overview

We are seeking a qualified Restaurant Manager cum Cashier to lead and manage daily restaurant operations in Riyadh. This role demands a professional capable of delivering outstanding customer service, maintaining operational standards, and ensuring smooth financial management. Candidates must have at least two years of experience in the Saudi Arabian restaurant industry and hold a relevant bachelor’s degree.

Key Responsibilities

The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of restaurant functionality. This includes managing opening and closing procedures, maintaining hygiene and safety standards, and ensuring efficient operations across dining, kitchen, and service areas. Additionally, the manager will take charge of welcoming guests, monitoring customer satisfaction, and implementing service improvements.

In terms of food and beverage management, the role requires close coordination with kitchen staff to uphold menu quality, oversee food preparation timing, and ensure compliance with food safety regulations. Inventory management is also critical, involving regular stock checks, coordinating supply purchases, and verifying supplier deliveries and invoices.

The financial tasks involve monitoring daily sales, preparing sales reports, validating cash collections, managing POS transaction accuracy, and overseeing bank deposits.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ restaurant management experience in Saudi Arabia.
• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or related field.
• Fluency in Arabic, Urdu, and English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for reporting and inventory management.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Age preference: 30 years or below.
