Key Responsibilities

The main duties include wiping and sanitizing dining tables, chairs, booths, and frequently touched surfaces throughout the restaurant. The cleaner is responsible for thorough floor care, which involves sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming all areas in both the front of the house and kitchen or prep zones.

Restroom upkeep is vital, requiring cleaning and sanitizing toilets, sinks, and mirrors while replenishing essential supplies such as soap and paper towels. Waste management duties include emptying trash bins, sorting recyclables, and disposing of waste following health and safety protocols.

Periodic deep cleaning tasks are also part of the role, including scrubbing kitchen vents, grease filters, and appliances to maintain hygiene standards. Additionally, monitoring cleaning supply levels and informing management when stocks are low helps ensure uninterrupted cleanliness.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will be dependable, attentive to detail, and have a strong commitment to maintaining a clean and orderly environment.
