Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Machine Learning Engineer specializing in Generative AI to join a dynamic team based in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and fine-tuning advanced machine learning models, particularly focused on large language models (LLMs) and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) frameworks. Hands-on expertise in working with tools such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, LangGraph, and vector databases will be essential. You will collaborate closely with data scientists and engineering teams to integrate models into scalable, cloud-based machine learning operations (MLOps) pipelines.

Required Skills and Experience

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in machine learning roles with a focus on AI model development
• Proficient in Python programming and major ML frameworks including PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Scikit-learn
• Demonstrated experience with large language models, model fine-tuning, and RAG techniques
• Practical knowledge of MLOps practices and deploying ML solutions in cloud environments
• Familiarity with emerging AI tooling such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, and LangGraph, coupled with expertise in managing vector databases
• A Master’s degree or PhD in a relevant field is strongly preferred
