Key Responsibilities

• Prepare a variety of coffee and specialty drinks with precision and consistency (Barista).
• Deliver friendly, efficient service to guests ensuring a positive experience.
• Handle customer transactions accurately and maintain cash register operations (Cashier).
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and equipment.
• Collaborate with team members to support smooth daily operations.

Required Skills

• Good communication skills and a customer-oriented attitude.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
• Basic math skills for handling cash and processing payments.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining hygiene standards.
• Previous experience as a barista or cashier is a plus but not mandatory.
