Job Overview

WI HR CONSULTANT is looking to hire an experienced Head of HR for a leading Garments, Denim, and Textile company based in Karachi. This role demands a hands-on HR professional with 10-12 years of comprehensive experience covering both generalist and operational HR functions within the garment or textile sectors.

Key Responsibilities

The candidate will be responsible for overseeing all human resources activities, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. Managing HR operations to support business objectives and fostering a positive workplace culture will be crucial in this leadership role.

Required Skills and Experience

• A minimum of 10 to 12 years of HR experience, ideally in garments, denim, or textile industries.
• Strong knowledge of HR generalist functions and operational HR management.
• Proven ability to lead teams, manage HR policies, and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage with diverse employee groups.

Additional Details
