Required Skills and Qualifications

• Saudi National preferred.
• Minimum of a high school certificate or higher educational qualification.
• Proven experience working within the construction industry, particularly in procurement or purchasing roles.
• Strong negotiation skills with a record of effectively obtaining competitive quotations.
• Possession of a valid Saudi driving license and access to a personal vehicle.
