We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, to handle the installation, startup, training, and servicing of various CNC sheet metal machinery. This includes cutting-edge equipment such as laser cutting machines, laser welding systems, CNC press brakes, shearing machines, and roll forming equipment. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring operational efficiency and minimizing downtime for manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities

The role involves comprehensive maintenance support including:

• Installing and commissioning new CNC sheet metal machines on-site.
• Starting up systems, calibrating, and ensuring optimal functionality.
• Conducting hands-on training sessions for operators and maintenance teams on machine operation and safety protocols.
• Performing routine inspections and timely repairs to prevent machine failures.
• Providing ongoing technical support and troubleshooting assistance.

Required Skills and Experience

Candidates should demonstrate strong technical aptitude in CNC machinery, particularly with sheet metal processing equipment. Effective communication skills are necessary for delivering training and collaborating with production teams. Previous experience with laser cutting and press brake maintenance will be highly beneficial.
