Job Overview

We are actively seeking experienced supervisors for multiple disciplines to join a leading project based in Ras Laffan, Qatar. These are contract positions initially set for six months with the possibility of extension. Successful candidates will oversee construction and commissioning activities within Oil & Gas brownfield projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and QatarEnergy requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Supervisors will be responsible for managing site operations related to their respective disciplines, coordinating workflow, and ensuring all activities align with safety and quality standards. The role includes monitoring construction progress, liaising with contractors and stakeholders, and supporting commissioning efforts on-site.

Required Skills and Experience

• Degree or diploma in the relevant engineering discipline.
• At least 8 to 10 years of supervisory experience in Oil & Gas brownfield projects.
• Strong understanding of industry codes, standards, and best practices.
• Proven track record working on QatarEnergy projects, demonstrating knowledge of local regulations and project expectations.
• Ability to effectively manage teams and communicate with diverse project personnel.
• Freelancers or professionals currently residing in Qatar are preferred.
